Abstract

The training theory of sports groups, put forward and established on the basis of scientific classification of competitive sports, has enriched the theoretical system of athletic training. In this theory, the formation and development of different sports groups were studied; the influential factors of athletes competitive abilities and their performance in different sports groups were systematically analyzed, and the specific regularly of athletic training in each group was revealed. The establishement of this theory not only promotes the innovation, transplantation, and development of training theory and methodology, but has theoretical and applicable values in the drawing up of sport development strategy, the general administration of sport training, and the rational mobility of athletes as well.
