Abstract

It is the adaptation to natural environment and physical activities that have promoted the development of human being. As physical activities benefit the genesis of cognition and the development of brain, sport has been an important way in the perfection of physical-psycho-coordination. There exist between sport and various social systems bidirectional linkages, the objective requirements of modern society have promoted the development of modern sport, and in return, modern sport has produced active influences on social construction. It is noticed that because of the increasing improvement of peoples physique and constitution, the average life-span of human being has been more than 20 years longer than that of 40 years ago. Thus is concluded that to bring the function of sport into full play with strengthening scientific research will forcefully speed up the historical process of the self-development of mankind.
