Abstract des Autors
Rich experience has been achieved in top sports teams management in China, but new problems have also appeared in the current new situation. Traditional management system sometimes fails in solving these problems. In this article, the authors suggest that some administrative methods in the company management in the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) can be applied to the management of top sports teams, in this way to perfect the administration in sports teams to improve their performance level.
