N2  - To make a further study of the mechanism of fatigue, we carried out an experiment on the effects of lactic acid and Ach on physical fatigue. Results of the experiment showed that the accumulation of lactic acid seemed to have a stronger effect on the working capacity of the muscles than Ach does. A multi-level impact theory was put forward to the effect that there may exist in different parts of the body a kind of acid metabolite which can influence the system of the metabolite of the human body, and that this acid metabolite which reduces the action of enzyme on sugar metabolism or results in an increase Ach may be a part of this protective system.
