Abstract

6n our research we tried to reveal the main factors of the internal and external factors that determine the nature and functions of motor development in human ontogenesis. Data of biomechanical and morphofunctional parameters of the motor system were obtained from children, teenagers, youths, girls, athletes and non-athletes and twins between the ages of 5-15 years. A tensiometric system, anthropometric tools and performance testing served as the procedures for research (N = 8300). The results of comparative analyses of human and animal movement biodynamics during ontogenesis also were used. In conclusion we can say that the harmonious and non-contradictory development of childrens, teenagers and youngsters motor system can be guaranteed if coaches utilize correct understanding and accurate methods. Such development is characterized by the following fundamental prerequisites for the correct progression of biomechanical systems in sport movements: 1) correspondence of the kind of sport to the individual biomechanical movement patterns; 2) corresponding of training means and intensity of motor learning to the biological rhythm of motor development during childhood and adolescence; 3) suitability of personal style and technique in sport to individual morphological and biochemical characteristics; 4) harmonious guidance by relating the processes of motor skill to those of motor development.
