Die Problematik im Zusammenhang mit den Auswirkungen der Apartheids-Politik in Suedafrika auf den Sportbereich ist Gegenstand kritischer Reflexionen. Es wird betont, das eine vollkommene Integration im Sport noch nicht stattgefunden hat, obwohl sich die Situation im suedafrikanischen Sport sehr geaendert hat. Als schaerfster Gegner der suedafrikanischen Politik erweist sich das nicht rassische Olympische Komitee Suedafrikas. Sein Ziel ist es, den suedafrikanischen Sport vollkommen zu isolieren. Die Aktivitaeten zahlreicher Anti-Apartheids-Organisationen, insbesondere der Vereinten Nationen, werden vorgestellt. Die Entwicklung der Anti-Apartheids-Beschluesse im Sportbereich durch die Vereinten Nationen (von 1968 bis Ende der 70er Jahre) sowie ihre Wirkung auf die Mitgliedsstaaten, die nationalen und internationalen Sportverbaende, und die Anti-Apartheids-Bewegung im Sport werden erforscht: u.a. Aufforderung an alle Staaten und Organisationen, den kulturellen, paedagogischen und sportlichen Austausch mit suedafrikanischen Organisationen einzustellen, die Apartheid praktizieren. Ausfuehrlich wird die 1971 gefasste Resolution in 11 Punkten beschrieben. Die 1976 gefassten Beschluesse sind von einer zunehmenden Aggressivitaet und Schaerfe gegenueber der Politik Suedafrikas gekennzeichnet. Klein |
