Abstract
In this study, the review of specific methods for measurement of movement speed in different sport disciplines is given. Most of the measurement sets are based on an accelerometer of our own construction. In some disciplines, the methods include force registering and filming. The results obtained characterize the performance of movement for subjects under study and may be treated as sources for further studies. Analysis of the technique of each competitor may be carried out on the basis of these results. They also enable evaluation and optimal selection of adequate sports equipment. Verf.-Referat
