Verf. fuehrt folgende Gruende dafuer an, dass die Drehstosstechnik bislang nur von 10 der Kugelstosser ausgefuehrt wird: 1) Viele Kugelstosser wenden nur eine Pseudo-Drehstosstechnik an, d.h., ihre Ausstossphase ist linear. 2) Die Umstellung von der Rueckstosstechnik auf die Drehstosstechnik ist langwierig und fuehrt am Anfang in den meisten Faellen zu Leistungseinbussen. 3) Die Drehstosstechnik stellt hoehere Anforderungen an das Fertigkeitsniveau, das Timing und die Kraft des Kugelstossers als die Rueckenstosstechnik. Am Beispiel eines 21, 25-m-Stosses von Brian Oldfield werden die einzelnen Bewegungsphasen der Drehstosstechnik beschrieben. Es werden Hinweise zum Training der Drehstosstechnik gegeben. Roth |
