Abstract
At the exposure of human organism to the effect of physical effort, it comes to some changes in the activity of lysozyme in serum and in saliva and the value of changes depends on various factors (kind and duration of effort, exa-mined population...). The authors have examined whether the changes of the activity of lysozyme in saliva, taken from pioneers attending elementary school, who have taken part in the Pioneers wrestling competitions, appear ornot. The results show the presence of changes in the lysozyme activity. Besides, the technique of taking saliva samples and their treatment appeared to be suitable for sports outdoor investigations.
