Abstract
Activity of the hepatic microsomal enzyme systems was studied by observing Aldactone and antipyrine elimination in groups of university students part of women was athletically active. It was found that: 1. The rate at which intravenously injected Aldactone disappeared from the blood was faster in the groupof better physical fitness. 2. The rate of also antipyrine elimination was higher in regularly exercized individuals. 3. The rate of antipyrine elimination was related to the level of physical fitness, being fastest in top level athletes, and faster in physical education students in comparison to healthy, but non-athletic subjects. 4. The results of antipyrine elimination studies when serially repeated may help to estimate not only the level of physical fitness, but also momentary condition and sport form. Verf.-Referat
