Abstract
The author presents a case of spleen injury during football match with short review of the diagnosis of the injury. It is well known that football occupiesthe top list frequency of the injuries, if compared to other sports. The injuries of lower extremities, head and spine are dominant. Spleen injury as a bad and life dangerous injury is rare in this sport and that is the reason whysuch a case has been shown here. Verf.-Referat
