In dieser Ausgabe vermittelt Friederike Kops Einblicke in den Trainings- und Wettkampfalltag der Wettkampfkletterer, in eine Sportart, die bei den Olympischen Spielen 2020 in Tokio ihr Debut geben wird.
Abstract des Autors
In this section, the varied range of tasks and requirements coaches have to deal with in the field of junior and high-level sports climbing is discussed. The focus is on central issues of the planning, implementation, evaluation and control of training and competition and all related aspects. In this issue, Friederike Kops provides insights into the everyday training and competition of elite climbers, into a sport that will be contested at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020 for the first time.
