Abstract des Autors

In Anlehnung an die Strukturen und Inhalte der Trainerlizensierung in Deutschland und der Schwerpunktausbildung an der Universität Leipzig wurden in Einheit von Vorlesungen, praktischen und methodischen Aufgaben und Beobachtungen/Hospitationen aus der Leistungsstruktur abgeleitete judospezifische Anforderungen und deren trainingsmethodische Entwicklung vermittelt. Hauptinhalte waren Fachsystematik, akzentuierte Technikausbildung, wett-kampfwirksame Kampfhandlungen und deren Analyse und Bewertung sowie die Entwicklung Individueller Kampfkonzeptionen.

Abstract des Autors

The International Coaching Courses in judo have been designed on the basis of the structures and contents of licensing courses for coaches in Germany and of the specialized training courses at the University of Leipzig. Knowledge about judo-specific requirements deriving from the sport‟s performance structure and their methodical development in training has been imparted through a unity of lectures, practical and methodical assignments and observation/shadowing. Main contents of the course were the classification system of this discipline, accentuated technical training, efficient competitive combat actions and their analysis and assessment as well as the development of individ-ual fighting concepts.
