Die vorliegende Studie setzt sich mit der Frage auseinander, inwiefern sich die befragten Trainer mit Blick auf die wissensbezogenen Anforderungen ihrer Tätigkeit adäquat ausgebildet fühlen und inwieweit sie bezüglich dieser einen Fortbildungsbedarf sehen. Die Ergebnisse bieten die Grundlage für konkrete Schlussfolgerungen hinsichtlich der Aus- und Fortbildung der Trainer.
Abstract des Autors
Sports associations are facing the challenge of providing high-quality education and further education for the junior coaches working in their talent-development programmes. By way of example, the survey presented in this article examines the question to what extent the training-centre coaches working on the talent development programme of the German Football Association (DFB) feel adequately educated with respect to the knowledge-related requirements of their activity and whether they see a need for further education in the area of these requiremnts. The results of the questioning provide the basis for specific conclusions regarding the education and further education of coaches.
