Sexualisierte Gewalt bleibt ein Thema von zentraler Bedeutung für alle Institutionen, die mit Kindern und Jugendlichen arbeiten. Dazu gehören Schulen wie Vereine. Eine präventiv ausgerichtete Organisationsentwicklung nimmt alle Bereiche der Organisation in den Blick. Das bedeutet für die Schule, dass keineswegs nur der Sport, als körperbetonter schulischer Bereich, relevant ist, wenn es um Schutzkonzepte geht. Prävention von sexualisierten Grenzverletzungen ist immer die Aufgabe der gesamten Organisation. Aus diesem Grund wird im Basisartikel der Gesamtorganisation und nicht speziell dem Sportunterricht Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.

Abstract des Autors

Sexual abuse remains a very important issue for all institutions (schools and clubs as well) working with children and adolescents. Thereby developing preventative guidelines for an organization must include all areas of the organization. This means that not just sport in schools with its emphasis on the body is relevant when protective concepts for schools are discussed. The prevention of sexual abuse is always a task for the entire institution. Therefore the author focuses not only on physical education, but on the whole institution in this basic article.
