Auf der Grundlage des General Aggression Models (GAM) und der International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) werden in dieser Arbeit Kernziele für eine Behandlung aggressiver Verhaltensweisen formuliert. In einem nächsten Schritt werden diesen Kernzielen Maßnahmen und Interventionen aus dem Bereich des Budo, der Kampfkunst zugeordnet. Wir nennen den so entstandenen Behandlungsansatz „Budotherapie“. Er kombiniert sport- bzw. bewegungstherapeutische Maßnahmen mit psychotherapeutischen Interventionen und kann im Feld der Therapie von aggressivem Verhalten eine substanzielle Ergänzung und Erweiterung bloß verbaler Therapien bilden.

Abstract des Autors

In this paper, core targets for the treatment of aggressive behaviour are conceptualized on the basis of the General Aggression Model (GAM) and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). In the second step therapeutic interventions, taken from the field of martial arts, are allocated to these core targets. We call this treatment approach „Budo Therapy“. It combines sports and movement therapeutic interventions with psychotherapeutic ones and can be a substantial supplement and enlargement to a mere verbal therapy in the treatment of aggressive behavior.
