Der vorgestellte systemische Ansatz der Leistungssteuerung als das zentrale Thema von Trainern sucht aus einer angewandten Praxis seine theoretische Fundierung: ein mit der Hockey-Damennationalmannschaft 2015/16 praktiziertes systemisches Prozess-Coaching. Der erste Teil dieses Beitrags hinterfragt Leistungssteuerung auf einer derzeit praktizierten Basis harter Wirklichkeiten.
Abstract des Autors
The systemic approach of performance control presented in this article is the central topic coaches are confronted with. The theoretical foundation of this approach is tried to be found in applied practice, i.e. in systemic process coaching carried out with the women’s national field-hockey team in 2015/16. In the first part of this paper, performance control is scrutinized on the basis of the currently performed hard realities.
