Dieser Beitrag aus der Praxis beschreibt die Entwicklung der Ernährungsberatung in der Nordischen Kombination im Deutschen Skiverband. Initialzündung war ein Vortrag beim Bundestrainerseminar im Jahr 2003. Die Zusammenarbeit wurde danach weiter ausgebaut, dauert bis heute an und ist auf andere Sportarten übertragbar.
Abstract des Autors
This article from practice describes the development of nutritional advice of the nordic combined skiers of the German Skiing Association. The initial stimulus was a lecture at the Federal Coaches’ Seminar in 2003. Since then, the cooperation has been further expanded, has continued until today and can be transferred to other sports.
