Abstract des Autors
Aktuell existieren zu psychologischen Aspekten für die Position des Torhüters nur wenige systematische und wissenschaftlich fundierte Ausbildungsmaterialien. In der vorliegenden Studie erfolgten deshalb eine theoretische Analyse der psychologischen Belastungen von Torhütern, eine qualitative Inhaltsanalyse von Experteninterviews, eine Synthese der Informationen zu einem psychischen Anforderungsprofil und eine Ableitung von Ausbildungsschwerpunkten zum mentalen Training von Torhütern im Nachwuchsfußball.
Abstract des Autors
Currently, there are only few systematic and scientifically based training materials dealing with psychological aspects of the goalkeeper psoition. Therefore, in this study, a theoretical analysis of the psychological stress of goalkeepers, a qualitative content analysis of interviews with experts, a synthesis of information about a psychological requirement profile, and a derivation of training priorities for mental training of goalkeepers in youth football were conducted.
