Abstract
In einer Interview- und erweiternden Online-Fragebogenstudie wurden amtierende Fußball-Lehrer im deutschen Profifußball zu ihren aktuellen Aufgaben befragt, Lehrgangsinhalte wurden rückblickend in ihrem Nutzen für die eigene Tätigkeit eingeschätzt. Die zentralen Aufgabenbereiche von Trainern im Profifußball werden den Ausbildungsinhalten der Hennes-Weisweiler-Akademie gegenübergestellt. Die abschließende Diskussion erörtert Aspekte, die auch auf Trainerausbildungen anderer Sportarten anwendbar scheinen. Verf.-Referat
Abstract
In an interview study conducted with active football teachers in German professional football they were questioned about their current activities and tasks and asked to retrospectively evaluate the contents of football teacher courses in terms of their benefit for their own activity as head or assistant coach in the Federal Football League. The results of the interviews were expanded through an online questionnaire study. In this paper, the key roles of coaches in professional football are identified and compared with the educational contents offered by the Hennes Weisweiler Academy. In the final discussion, aspects that seem applicable to coach education in other sports are dealt with. Verf.-Referat
