Abstract

Angesichts der Diskussion über die Notwendigkeit von (mehr) Kooperation in Lehrerkollegien, befasst sich der Beitrag mit den Bedingungen und Formen von Lehrerkooperation und geht auf die Ziele sowie Probleme ein. Dargestellt wird zudem die subjek-tive Sicht von fünf Sportlehrkräften einer Gesamtschule auf das Thema. Sie wurden im Rahmen einer explorativen Interviewstu-die zu den Erfahrungen mit Kooperation in ihrer Fachschaft Sport befragt. Damit wird die bisher wenig beachtete Perspektive von Akteuren näher beleuchtet. Ver.-Referat

Abstract

Considering the discussion about the necessity for (more) cooperation among teaching staffs, the authors deal with the condi-tions as well as the types of cooperation among teachers and address objectives as well as problems. In addition the authors present the subjective view on this topic of five comprehensive school physical educators. These teachers were interviewed in the context of an exploratory study about their experiences with cooperation within the physical education department. Thereby the authors give a closer view of the perspectives of those directly involved, which has found little regard up to this point in time. Verf.-Referat
