Den Erkrankungen des Gehirns wird in den kommenden Jahrzehnten eine enorme Steigerung prognostiziert. Das Konzept „mental moving“ will diesen präventiv begegnen, indem es durch Verbindung von körperlicher, sensomotorischer Aktivität und mentalen Zusatzforderungen die Neuroplastizität erhöht und damit die Gehirnleistungsfähigkeit steigert. Methodische Aspekte und Einsatzbereiche werden vorgestellt. Verf.-Referat

n enormous increase is predicted in the coming decades concerning the diseases of the brain. The objective of the concept „mental moving“ is to prevent the diseases of the brain by combining physical and sensomotoric activities as well as additional mental requirements to increase the neuroplasticity and thus boost brain performance.
