Abstract

Es existieren bislang bundesweit keine verbindlichen Empfehlungen für die sportmedizinische Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen, die im Verein Fußball spielen. Allein für die Bundesliga-Nachwuchsleistungszentren und für DFB-Auswahlmannschaften sind Vorgaben erarbeitet worden. An den Nachwuchsleistungszentren des Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes (BFV) dagegen umfasst die medizinische Betreuung noch selten das frühzeitige Erkennen internistischer Krankheitsbilder oder allgemeine Gesundheitsfürsorge. Abstract

There are currently no nationwide mandatory recommendations for sports-medicine care for children and young people who play football in clubs. Only for the Federal League youth performance centers and for the representative teams of the German Football Association careful and comprehensive guidelines have been developed. At the youth performance centers of the Bavarian Football Association (BFV), however, the early identification of internal diseases and aspects of the general health care are still rare. To close this support gap, the BFV in cooperation with the "FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence" at the University of Regensburg have developed the concept presented in this article. Verf.-Referat

II n'y a pas jusqu'à présent de recommandation obligatoire à l'échelle nationale en termes de soins de la médecine du sport pour les enfants et les jeunes qui jouent au football dans le club. C'est seulement pour les centres de jeunes espoirs pour la Bundesliga et pour les équipes de sélection de la fédération allemande DFB que des directives précises et larges ont été émises. Pourtant, dans les centres des jeunes de l'association bavaroise de football (BFV) le dépistage précoce de maladies internes et les aspects des soins de santé en général font encore rarement l'objet d'un suivi médical. Pour combler cette lacune, la BFV a développé en collaboration avec le «centre médical d'excellence de la FIFA» de l'université de Regensburg le concept présenté ici. Verf.-Referat
