Abstract

Verf.-Referat

Abstract

To be communicative does not only mean to work on positive relationships in the daily training process, but it also means that strategy and planning are part of the conversation and networking. Especially in sports management, different negotiation fields can be found. The professional preparation of individual negotiators and "negotiator teams" is necessary to ensure optimal results. This involves looking at the opposite party from a systemic point of view, establishing goal options, selecting types of argumentation, and the accurate planning of strategies. Verf.-Referat
