Abstract
Abstract
The authors present the training process for the “short term high intensity (STHI) circuit” which aspires to mutually teach and improve several motor abilities of students starting with the fifth grade. With this STHI-circuit the authors especially consider the age-specific characteristics of the students´ energy metabolism and promise an advantageous application for physical education through its organization with respect to its economical use of time, motivation and variability.
