Abstract des Autors
Verf.-Referat
Abstract des Autors
The high loads on the disc during a golf swing are due to a combined movement of flexion and axial rotation of the spine. An increase of the range of motion leads to an increasing pressure on the discs. Modified core stability seems to be a possibility to reduce spine problems. Increasing spine flexion and axial rotation as well as improved core stability, are possible appropriate corrective measures, to reduce spine loading during a golf swing. Verf.-Referat
