Abstract des Autors

The aim of the research was to determine in which stage are theoretical preparation procedures by interviewing coaches and cadet girl
players. The research has been conducted among 196 girl cadets (born in 1991 and after) and 37 coaches from Belgrade clubs and local
Belgrade municipality clubs. Appropriate statistic procedures applied (descriptive and comparative analysis) gave the following results:
the majority of coaches and players agree that theoretical preparation during training procedures is important for the success; theoretical
preparation is to be started with pre-cadet and even at younger age; most of the coaches (70%) use theoretical preparation during the
practice, where as training aside the practice is considerably less applied; under the opinion of coaches, great number of girl players
accept this training procedure very well and take part in it; the players consider that this procedure could possible be more interesting, but
nevertheless, the majority of them does not want anybody else apart from their coaches to conduct the theoretical preparation. General
conclusion is that theoretical preparation while training girl volleyball players is satisfactory, but that further development or constant
practice during training processes are slowed down by material and technical conditions of clubs as well as coaches’ expertise level.

Cilj istraživanja bio je da se, putem anketiranja trenera i odbojkašica kadetskog uzrasta, utvrdi u kojoj meri i u kom obliku se teorijska priprema primenjuje u treningu mladih odbojkašica. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 196 odbojkašica kadetskog uzrasta (odbojkašice rođene 1991. godine i mlađe) i 37 trenera koji rade u klubovima iz Beograda i okoline. Primenom odgovarajućih statističkih procedura (deskriptivna i komparativna statistika, kvantitativna i kvalitativna analiza) dobijeni su sledeći rezultati: većina trenera i odbojkašica kadetskog uzrasta se slaže da teorijska priprema ima veliki značaj za uspeh u trenažnom procesu mladih odbojkašica; sa teorijskom pripremom treba početi u pionirskom i mlađem uzrastu; najveći broj trenera (70%) koristi trenažni oblik teorijske pripreme, dok je vantrenažni oblik znatno manje zastupljen; po mišljenju trenera, veliki broj odbojkašica dobro prihvata i učestvuje u ovom vidu pripreme; odbojkašice smatraju da ovaj vid pripreme sportista može biti zanimljiviji, ali većina njih ipak ne želi da im teorijsku pripremu, osim trenera, sprovodi neko drugi. Opšti zaključak je da se teorijska priprema u radu sa mladim odbojkašicama kadetskog uzrasta sprovodi na zadovoljavajućem nivou, ali da dalji razvoj i češću ili konstantnu primenu u trenažnom procesu usporavaju nedostatak materijalno-tehničkih uslova klubova i nivo stručne osposobljenosti trenera.
