Abstract

Sportpsychologische Diagnostik eröffnet neue Perspektiven für die Messung und Förderung mentaler Stärke im Leistungssport. Mit diesem Ziel erweiterte der Olympiastutzpunkt Stuttgart sein Beratungs- und Betreuungsangebot um eine umfassende sportpsychologische Eingangsdiagnostik und setzt nun auch in diesem Feld stärker auf die individuelle Entwicklung seiner Athleten. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt die damit verbundenen Ziele, den praktischen Prozess und dessen Folgen dar. Verf.-Referat

Abstract

Sport-psychological diagnosis opens new perspectives for the measurement and promotion of mental strength in competitive sports. With this goal in mind, the Olympic Training Center in Stuttgart has extended its consulting and service offerings to include a comprehensive sport-psychological entrance diagnosis that focuses more on the individual development of athletes. Le diagnostic en psychologie sportive ouvre de nouvelles voies pour mesurer et promouvoir la force mentale en sport de haut niveau. C'est ainsi que le centre d'entraînement olympique de Stuttgart a élargi son activité de conseil et d'encadrement en proposant un large diagnostic initial en psychologie sportive afin de mettre au point un développement personnel plus affirmé des athlètes. L'article présente les objectifs recherchés, la mise en pratique et ses conséquences. Verf.-Referat
