Abstract
Verf.-Referat
Abstract
In gymnastics training, the standardisation of the run-up and the distance of the take-off board is still a typical procedure assuming that there is a stereotypical and consistent run-up. However, research papers argue that a target-oriented runup is continuously adjusted. It was therefore the goal of this study including 16 female gymnasts to experimentally examine the run-up adjustment and take-off consistency in the gymnastics jump event. Verf.-Referat
