Abstract
In dieser Beitragsserie wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Hierbei geht es um Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Top-Athleten ebenso wie um Kinder, Jugendliche, Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls angesprochen werden Aspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer. Verf.-Referat
