Abstract

Am Beispiel der wissenschaftlichen Betreuung der männlichen A-Jugendnationalmannschaft der Jahrgänge 1990 und 1991 wird der aktuelle Erkenntnisstand eines evaluativ angelegten Betreuungsprojekts im Handball-Nachwuchsleistungssport dargestellt. Aus wissenschaftlicher Sicht interessieren vor allem die optimalen Vermittlungsstrategien, womit taktische Informationen zwischen Trainern und Spielern kommuniziert werden können, und die Frage nach Methoden des Wirksamkeitsnachweises einer solchen Interventionsmaßnahme. Abstract

Using the example of the scientific support of the men's A-youth national team for players born between 1990 an 1991, the current state of knowledge obtained through an evaluative support project conducted with young top-level team handball players is presented. From a scientific point of view, the main focus is on the optimal strategies for conveying tactical information between coaches and players and on the question as regarding the methods of proving the effectiveness of such an intervention measure. A partir de I'exemple du suivi scientifique de l'équipe nationale junior A masculine des jeunes nés en 1990 et en 1991, il est question ici de l'état actuel des connaissances d'un projet de suivi réalisé sur une base portant sur le sport de compétition des jeunes espoirs en handball. D'un point de vue scientifique, les stratégies excellentes de communication permettant de transmettre des informations tactiques entre entraîneurs et joueurs sont de tout intérèt, de même que la question sur les méthodes prouvant l'efficacité d'une teile mesure d'intervention.
