Abstract
The endoscopic treatment of the retrocalcaneal bursitis is a mini-invasive surgery that allows a faster return to sports in Haglund's deformity. 15 athletes were examinated one year after surgery, and were compared with a group of the same age (21-35), that underwent traditional surgery.
