Abstract
Verf.-Referat
Abstract
The motor learning process can be arranged by two teaching conceptions, the „motor approach” and the „action approach” or with a combination of both approaches. It is the intention of this research to compare e. g. teaching conceptions with an experiment on the base of a complex technical motor activity. The research has been carried out by cross-country skiing with 7th and 8th grade. For this age-group the results confirm significant advantages to the side of the program-orientated teaching conception („motor approach”). But elements of a differential teaching conception („action approach”) should be focused on in the favoured teaching conception. Verf.-Referat
