Abstract

Die Arthroskopie des Ellenbogengelenkes ist technisch anspruchsvoll und erfordert neben den anatomischen Grundkenntnissen auch ein definiertes operatives Vorgehen. Die Indikationen sind vielfältig. Neben den etablierten Diagnosen wie freie Gelenkkörper, Bewegungseinschränkungen und der Osteochondrosis dissecans am Capitulum humeri sind zunehmend auch radikale Schmerzzustände wie die Epikondylitis oder unklare mechanische Symptome wie Schnappphänomene oder Blockierung Grund, das Gelenk arthroskopisch zu untersuchen. Abstract

Elbow arthroscopy is a technical demanding procedure which needs a special knowledge of anatomy and operative technique to avoid the postoperative complications. Established indications are loose bodies, elbow contractures and the osteochondritis of the capitulum humeri. New indication are undiagnosed pain with normal exam and radiographs occuring as a lateral epicondylitis and undiagnosed mechanical symptoms such as snapping, clicking and locking. Verf.-Referat
