Abstract
In dieser Beitragsserie wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Top-Athleten ebenso wie um Jugendliche, um Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls angesprochen werden Aspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer. Abstract
In this series of articles, the many-sided range of tasks of the coach in the area of top-level and youth sports is dealt with. The focus is on problems of training and competition planning and control as well as on the motivation and personality of top-level and youth athletes.
