Mehr als 400 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer feierten im Mai diesen Jahres in Gelsenkirchen ein besonderes Jubiläum: Das Projekt "Talentsuche und Talentförderung" (in Zusammenarbeit von Schule und Verein/Verband sowie Universitäten in Nordrhein-Westfalen) wurde 20 Jahre alt. Nur sehr wenige sportbezogene Projekte können auf eine solche Lebensdauer zurückblicken und sind so jung geblieben wie dieses. Vielleicht liegt das am Umgang mit dem jugendlichen Nachwuchs. Abstract des Autors
In May of this year, more than 400 participants celebrated a special anniversary in Gelsenkirchen: the project "Talent Search and Talent Promotion" became 20 years old. There are only few sports-related projects which can look back to such a long life and at the same time remained so young as this project. Perhaps this is due to dealing with young athletes.
