Abstract des Autors
Der Artikel fasst die Ergebnisse einer Studie zusammen, in deren Mittelpunkt die Frage stand, ob zwischen der Vereins- und Mitgliederstruktur einerseits und der Qualität der Talentförderung in den Organisationen andererseits ein systematischer Zusammenhang besteht. Implikationen für die gezielte Förderung von Sportvereinen werden in Kürze in einem zweiten Teil thematisiert. Verf.-Referat

This article is a summary of the results of a study focusing on the question, whether there is a systematic correlation between the club and member structure on the one hand and the quality of talent support by the organizations on the other hand.
