In dieser Beitragsserie wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Im Mittelpunkt stehen hierbei Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung sowie Trainings- und Wettkampfsteuerung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Topspieler ebenso wie um Jugendliche, um Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenso angesprochen werden Aspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer. In this series of articles, the varied task spectrum of the coach in the area of top-level and youth sports is dealt with. The focus is on questions of training and competition planning as well as control and the difficulties associated with this. The discussion involves top players as well as adolescents, motivation and personality.
