Abstract
In diesem Beitrag wird das vielfältige Aufgabenspektrum des Trainers im Hochleistungs- und Nachwuchsbereich thematisiert. Im Mittelpunkt stehten hierbei Fragen der Trainings- und Wettkampfplanung bzw. damit verbundene Schwierigkeiten. Es geht um Top-Kanuten ebenso wie um Jugendliche, um Motivation und Persönlichkeit. Ebenfalls angesprochen werden Anspekte wie Förderung, zusätzliche Betreuung, Stressbewältigung und Karrieredauer. Verf.-Referat
Abstract
This article deals with current questions relating to training and competition in canoeing, especially with the multifaceted tasks of the coach in the area of top-level and youth sports. The focus is on questions concerning training and competition planning and difficulties related to this. Among the aspects covered are: elite athletes, youths, motivation and personality. Aspects such as support, additional care, stress management and career duration are also mentioned. Verf.-Referat
