Abstract des Autors
Die Arbeit untersucht die Verletzungsinzidenz und -dynamik in der 2. Handball-Bundesliga Süd der Frauen mit Hilfe einer Fragebogenaktion. Hierbei wurde u.a. nach Art und Lokalisation der Verletzungen sowie Häufigkeit und Dauer von Verletzungspausen bzw. Therapie gefragt. Ziel ist die Eindämmung des steigenden Verletzungsrisikos durch Erkenntnisgewinn bezüglich möglicher Präventions- und Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen. Verf.-Referat
Abstract des Autors
This paper examines the incidence and dynamics of injuries in the second women's team-handball federal league (southern section) on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The questions concerned, among other things, the type and localization of the injuries as well as the frequency of breaks due to injuries or therapy. The goal of the survey is the reduction of the increasing risk of injuries through gaining more knowledge concerning possible measures of prevention and rehabilitation. Verf.-Referat
