Abstract des Autors
Aus dem Leistungstief bei der Leichtathletik-WM in Paris leitet der Autor ab, dass es erforderlich sei, die Strukturen, die Fördersysteme, die Führungsriege, die Trainerschaft sowie alle hauptamtlichen Kräfte systematisch zu analysieren und zu bewerten und in ein erfolgsorientiertes, zukunftsweisendes Gesamtkonzept einzubinden. Dieses auf 10 Punkten beruhende Konzept sollte in drei Zeitstufen bis zu den Olympischen Spielen 2012 realisiert werden. Verf.-Referat
Abstract des Autors
Against the background of the low in performance at the Athletics World Championships in Paris, the author derives the necessity to systematically analyse and evaluate the structures, promotion systems, the top management, the choaches as well as all full-time employees of the German Athletics Federation and to integrate them into a general success- and future-orientated concept. This concept is based on 10 points and should be realized in three stages until the Olympic Games in 2012. Verf.-Referat
