Abstract
Okkulte gastrointestinale Blutungen werden begünstigt durch die Einnahme von Acetylsalicylsäure (Aspirin) und Ausdauerbelastung. Im Fall einer 57-jährigen erfahrenen Läuferin lag allerdings als Blutungsursache eine Angiodysplasie der Ileozökalklappe vor. Jede gastrointestinale Blutung sollte daher auch beim Vorliegen typischer Risikofaktoren sorgfältig endoskopisch abgeklärt werden. Verf.-Referat
Abstract
Occult gastrointestinal haemorrhage is induced by acetylsalicylic acid and endurance sports. In the case report of a 57 years old experienced female runner however bleeding was caused by an angiodysplasia of the ileocaecal valve. So an extensive endoscopy should follow every gastrointestinal bleeding even if typical risk factors are encountered. Verf.-Referat
