Abstract des Autors
In the seventies and eighties the open meniscus suture technique were propagated and at the beginning of the eighties added the arthroscopic suture techniques, who resulted also in injuries of nerves and vessels. To avoid the injuries, in the nineties came the meniscus anchors, who raised the acceptance of meniscus sutures. Momentary is the standard procedure of the meniscus suture the hybridtechnique, in which the anterior horn and the pars intermedia were provided with sutures and the additive fixation of the posterior horn is taken with meniscus anchors.
