Abstract des Autors
Knee dislocation is a serious injury with associated vascular, neurologic, and ligamentous injuries. These injuries can lead to significant morbidity, including knee instability, stiffness, or even leg amputation. This article reviews historic treatment of knee dislocation and will enable the determination of a treatment protocol that minimizes morbidity of knee dislocations and provides the patient with a stable, functional knee.
