Abstract des Autors
Injury to the proximal clavicular physis is a relatively uncommon injury. Because it can mimic sternoclavicular dislocation, it may be difficult to recognize. Double fractures of the clavicle have been reported, but combined fracture of the clavicle with a concomitant proximal physeal injury is rare. This case report discusses the presentation and management of this unusual combination of injuries. Verf.-Referat
