Abstract des Autors
Soccer is one of the most popular sports worldwide. One action often performed is kicking the ball with the head. Severe injuries are rare, however minor head traumas are quite commmon. By means of a video based motion analysis system the impact forces are calculated during a regular game. The data are compared to measurements taken with a high speed video system. It is proposed that a video based analysis with 60 hertz can lead to valuable data in describing the impact forces during real action. Verf.-Referat
