Abstract des Autors
A 33-year old male suffered from chronic intoxication with neurological and laboratory changes after an accident during archery where the bow and a stabilisation-device broke and elementary mercury was shot into both arms with high energy. Due to surgical therapy a reduction of mercury-mass with reduction of Hg in blood could be achieved. Simultaneously 2,3-dimercaptopropane-1-sulfonate was given and mercury in blood and urinary excretion was controlled. Verf.-Referat
