Abstract des Autors

Coordinative abilities are the foundation for sports activities and should therefore be emphasised in training programs. The complex snowboarding biomechanics consist of a combination of dynamic, static, axial and rotational forces. These forces have a main impact on the spine and pelvis. Training programs should aim to reduce stress to these regions and additionally support coordinative components. Furthermore time should be spent on functional gymnastic programs as well as other sports activities such as water skiing, surfing etc. Verf.-Referat
