Abstract
By technical developments alpine winter sports for paraplegics and people with amputation of both legs could be rendered possible again. With a special monoski it is not only possible to drive slowly down slopes but also to do competitive sport. But in order to take part in paralympic games intensive training is necessary. Courses of different levels for beginners up to training in the national team are offered by the sport-associations for the disabled. Verf.-Referat
