Abstract des Autors
An ultimative motion, adapted to requirements and situations, for example a golf swing, requires that internal processes (f. ex. thoughts, imagination and emotions) and external, observable movements can be synchronized. The aim is that both systems support each other and do not interfere. This can be learned, practised and improved by regular mental training in combination with motor skill training. Mental training is a kind of mental skill training next to inner speaking, self-efficacy, arousle and activation regulation as well as the target and analysis of acting. The following exposition deals with these skills and training methods related to golf. Verf.-Referat
